Beginner’s Bunting Triangles

A simple pattern using cable cast-on, knit stitch, yarn over, knit two together and a basic cast-off. A string of 13 bunting triangles can be made from one 100g ball of DK yarn!

Each triangle begins at the widest end and becomes narrower as decreases are used, making progress appear to speed up!

Suggested Yarn: West Yorkshire Spinners Colour Lab DK (100% wool, 225m/100g), 1 ball

Needles: 4mm (US 6), straight or circular

Notions: 2 stitch markers, Tapestry needle to weave in ends, Scissors, 1-2m 3mm ribbon

Size: Each triangle = 14cm across top and 13.5cm long
