Draig y môr is Welsh for Sea Dragon and this shawl has echoes of both dragon wings and sea foam in its stitch patterns. Worked from the top down, the shawl increases in size throughout, including during the edging in the contrast colour. Draig y môr is the perfect shawl to finish off an outfit, whether for a special occasion or a cooler evening.
Designed using Tencel DK yarn from Penny Stitch Craft – this yarn will be launched at Yarndale in September 2025!
